Hi all
looking at pictures of BLT just wondering with the position of the pool does this not mean it will not get much sun in the afternoon

This issue was brought up on another recent thread. Others noted that many rooms have a view of other rooms across the courtyard.

Ha ha, and now "others" have now noted it here. Dont forget its ugly to. :rotfl:

I suspect someone staying currently at CR (upper bay lake view) would be able to see if that area gets shade and at what time. It is east of the tower, and with its height seems logical it will shade eventually. Wont matter in the summer heat, but may be crummy in the winter.

hey very happy - allergic to the sun.

so no sun works for me - go to the beach at CR if you want sun.

that say the views for the setting sun (& rising) will be very pretty.

Good points. As for the rooms facing, on google earth it suprising how many resorts are built with rooms facing-not as tall so trees can help some of it. BWV is an even more dramatic "C" around the pool. WL itself is straight across the whole way-no curve at all. GF has a lot of buildings looking into others. I dont think it will be a big deal, especially when you look out over the lake like that.

Has anyone heard when the pool will be open...I'd love to go in Aug and my kids are so fair-- I would enjoy a pool in the shade!

Thanks
