BLT and ADRS

Has anyone been on the dining website recently (in the last day or two) and been able to pull up their reservations for BLT? BLT isn't any option on the hotel list now that they have changed the website. I'm unable to pull my reservation up and I book my ADRS on the 13th. Does anyone know a number to call? I'm going to freak out soon if it doesn't get fixed.

Did you try looking under The Contemporary? They may be treating it as one hotel in the system- I don't know for sure since I made my ADR's over the phone. I would try that and see if it works. Good Luck!

There were other threads on this problem in the past few days. It's not just you. I think Disney did an upgrade and forgot to include BLT as a resort. Here's one thread:

If you are a DVC member, you can call Member Services (open 9:00 - 5:30, don't know if they are open on Labor Day).

Or, you can call the Disney Dining number: (407) WDW-DINE
They have longer hours than Member Services.

Technical Support is a whole lot of help. NOT! I called the website technical support and they are of NO help. I even called Disney Dining they have NO idea what is going on with the website. Technical support told me to select Contemporary. Yeah did that still get an error and it doesn't come up. They told me call back in the middle of the week and you can bet I will. They better getting it fixed. I'm on a mission now.

Okay so Member services says that they are working on the issue. I'm going to keep an eye on it and if not fixed call TS on Wednesday.

I see that BLT is in the pull-down list now. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work for DVCers (and neither did AKL which used to work). **losing patience!!** Please call tech support if this affects you, too.
