BLT after Thanksgiving?

Have planned a Disney Cruise for October 2012, and was going to stay @ our home resort, BLT for 4 days prior. Have since decided that since we have never been to the parks when Xmas decorations are up that we will TRY to stay at BLT the week after Thanksgiving. Crazy travel time, I know. What are the odds that I'll be able to get a one bedroom November 25- December 1, 2012, calling at the 11 month mark, which would be December 25 this year???We prefer a Standard View, but will do Lake View if needed.
And is Member Services open on Christmas Day????

Since you own at BLT, I Doubt that you will be unable to get the reservation you desire!

I agree with Bobbi - if you call at 9 am on the day your 11 month window opens, you should have no trouble getting your standard view 1 bedroom.

The odds of at least getting a Lake View 1 bedroom at 11 months are 100% in your favor.

If you really want a standard room I suggest booking starting on Nov 24th for as many days as you plan to be there and then call back after Christmas and cancel the first day and add another if needed. We always go that week (starting on the Sunday before Thanksgiving for my birthday) and normally if I call right at 9am I can snag the last standard view room although this year I called 2 days late and ended up in an MK view (LV was available but I decided I would try the MK view instead).
