BLT 2010 dues - $3.7756/point?

I just received in the mail from DVC Management Corp. the notice of annual meeting which states (among other things) that the estimated annual dues for BLT will be $3.7756/point. Can I assume that's the final number or will that change after the meeting? Thanks in advance for any input.

That is the proposed figure for 2010. It could change at the meeting, but to my knowledge no dues changes have ever occured at the annual meeting.

We received our notice today, and it included the estimated 2010 operating budget for BLT. We haven't received a notice for AKV yet.

There are lots of us who did not receive the notice yet. Don't worry, they will arrive soon.

Another factor in the final bill is settling up on the property tax. DVC puts in an estimate for the 2010 property tax bill. Last year, they estimated the 2009 property tax. When they send the 2010 bill, they will either credit (or debit) you for the difference to the actual 2009 property tax from last year's estimate.
