Any ideas where good places to stand for the Block Party Bash at HS? I have found lots re: good places for Wishes and Illuminations but not for Block Party!!

Here is a map with the approximate locations of the "parade stops" for Block Party Bash.

The parade makes two stops in order for special "shows" to take place along the route.

If you stand at any of these numbered areas, you will see the "shows" mentioned on the list.

Nothing quite as elaborate/specific as the DHS route, but, yes I have MK's and DAK's parade routes.

Most MK parades begin near the Firehouse in Town Square.

Does Spectro start from Main Street or Frontierland?

Also, if you wanted to watch Block Party Bash from position 3B 4 or 5 how long does it take to get to these spots, as I guess it stops for a while at the other locations first.

Guessiing if parade starts at 3pm, that it won't get to the second positions until 3:20pm ish?

Tell me, if we stand at spot #3 it seems we will see two shows Toy Story and Bugs Life. Am I correct?

It is important for us to see the Toy Story show as I have a seriously obsessed Buzz fan.

1- Virtually all MK parades now start on Main Street.

3- 3:15-3:20, yes.

If you stand in the area that is still on the street that heads from the front gates, Hollywood Blvd., (just BEFORE the CURVE) you will see Toy Story.

If you stand in the area that is on the street that runs in front of the Hat and American Idol (just AFTER the CURVE) you will see Bug's Life.

You can just move from the first area, over about 20 feet to the other area when the parade moves after the first performance stop.

We stood in between numbers 3 & 4 on Robo's map and it was not a very good spot - because the first stop of the parade is over by the brown derby - so you stand there listing to all the music and seeing some of the action, but you have to wait and wait and wait.....then when it comes over to the next stop - you end up being at the end of the parade. We had the jumping people right in front - no characters - kind of a bummer.

My suggestion is finding a good spot on Hollywood Blvd to watch the first stop of the bash.
