Block Party/Ariel Grotto

On our last day we're going to do CA and the Block Party is at 5:15pm I thought maybe we could also have dinner afterwards at Ariels Grotto (or whatever character resturant is there) but I'm not sure where each of these places are and wondered if it could be done? Anyone?

I think the Block Party is a parade and therefore will be along DCA's parade route, which runs from the Sunshine Plaza area, through the Golden State area (along the side of Grizzly Peak that the Vinyard area and Bugs Land are on and through Paradise Pier past the Golden Zephyr and Muholland Madness. Ariels (or whatever it is or going to be called at the time) is in the Paradise Pier area, just over a boarwalk type bridge and over looks the water. You could watch the parade from the area across from Golden Dreams and be at the restaurant about 45 seconds later. I have no idea how long the parade will last, but if it starts at 5:15 in the Sunshine Plaza area, then it will take about 8-10 minutes to get to that area.
