Block out days on DAP's

Currently looking to see whether going back to DLR is an option in May. Unfortunately though our UK holidays (school/college) are the same as your Memorial Day and I was surprised to see that the Saturday and Sunday are blocked out for us that weekend - we can only do one week anyway - and that will only leave us with 5 days in the parks and airfare will cost us something like $3000 just for 5 days (14 hour flight via Paris looks best price at moment).

If we decide to do the parks on the Sunday, I know that there is a surcharge but how much is it - can't remember?

Another option is to go to US Hollywood again - except we are going to US Orlando in August as well - and we always start to sleep by mid afternoon our first full day.

Another thing that stopping us is that DD will need to take the Monday out of 6th Form college.

I wondered what your thoughts are given our limitations - also just how busy is Memorial Day weekend - are we talking 'summer busy'?

Block out day passes are $50.

They block it out because they know it's already going to be packed with normal guests.

The week leading up to Mem Day gets busier and busier, being the busiest on those weekend days...and then it seems most people leave on the Monday, which is the actual holiday day, and the crowds ease off after that.

The 4th of July weekend was lovely ~ DAPs were blocked then.
