Block out dates for the 40%off code??

Hello,
We did get the 40% special pin code flyer in snail mail last week, when i called to make reservations the CM said that there was block out date for it, the block out dates she gave me were Feb 13 to March 3 09? I did not see those dates anywhere on the flyer, do you think she may have gotten the dates mixed up with the other promo offers, like the room only code and 3/4 offer?
I was just trying to make ressies for room only, with the flyer we recieved.
Anyone know?

Looks like your arrival date is blacked out. March 1 starts the discount, so you could book two separate packages and get a discount for March 1-3.

I am a little flexible so Im going to really work on this.
By the way, do you think the Feb 7-13 would be less crowded than March 1-7? Or not that much to worry about?

I called this morning and booked for Nov 16-21. You can only go DURING the dates stated, no earlier or later. I also went online to check the rates there without the discount of 40% off and I only saved $100, so I am going to call and see what the 40% off really is. Has anyone else had this problem?

Those are the dates that are offered at a discount with your flyer. I just booked a trip in November using my 40% email pin code and found that our trip had to START within one of the valid date ranges, but could be for longer than the valid dates.

I was trying to book Nov. 12-22, but as the pin code discount for that period starts on Nov. 15, I had to move our trip to start on Nov. 15. I booked it for Nov. 15-25, but will only get the discounted rate for the first seven days (Nov. 15-21).

Farmersue:
You can stay longer than the pin code dates, but your vacation has to start within the pin code dates window. So, no earlier but later is OK

My 40% off was exactly 40%. I'm staying at BWI deluxe club level and saved 2,000...exactly 40%.

These are the actual dates that the discount is available. Everything not shown are blacked out. I think you might have a hard time getting a Feb reservation at this time, but it is value season and the rates are lower. You might find more availability in March, but it is PEAK season, so some of the highest prices of the year.
