Better water park to spend a few hours in with a 4.5 year old?

I'm a big TL fan for the better wave pool and longer/somewhat deeper lazy river

But for a 4.5 y/o, you wouldn't get into the taller waves at TL.
and the 2.5' deep lazy river at BB is less of a negative... I'd almost lean BB.
