Yes and Yes. No glass, no alcohol.

If using Water Parks and more, it is not hopping, it will use two visits.

we are just going to buy the ticket when we get to the waterpark, thinking of going to blizzard first then to TL, so would we be able to do both with one ticket for one day?

Use of one or two tickets depends on which type of ticket you're using for water park entries.

If you buy a stand-alone one-day water park ticket (adult $61.77 incl tax), you can visit both water parks in one day with one ticket. (if both water parks are open)

If you have the water parks add-on option for your MYW theme park tickets, each water park is a separate entry deducted from your allotment of WP options. You would use two entries to visit both water parks in one day.
