Disney water parks are the only ones I go to, they are highly themed, very clean and fun.
Rather confused by some previous posts as our family hands down says BB has the best slides and find that TL is quite boring and disappointing now that BB was built. Last time I got them to try it again they told me they don't want to go back, just too boring. Both will have things for your youngest to do with you but I think BB has a better kiddie area and you can situate yourself to enjoy lots of parts of the park.
Both have lazy rivers and big drop slides
TL:
- Lush beautiful design, great for those who want to relax
- Very powerful wave pool, too much really for your young one
- Shark Reef to snorkel, it's short and cold, do first thing in am before silt is stirred up, for us once and done
- Crush n Gusher, the only newer slide that was highly hyped, many like, we were disappointed
- Ketchakidde Creek, kiddie area was expanded after BB was built and to us it is a chaotic, area you have to stay close to your child since a cut through as well
- Most slides are short and not worth the wait in line
BB:
- Cartoon like decor that some hate but it's a cute story
- Bobbing wave pool good for any age and very relaxing
- Family Raft ride is absolutely awesome, great for everyone to do together
- Chairlift to top for some slides
- Ski Patrol Training Area great for younger kids up to tweens. Some things require you under 5 ft but some allow adults.
- Best kiddie area Tike's Peak, well designed, huge, built so not a walkway for other areas, great slides for the younger ones

- Slides where family members can race which is fun, some tube, flat raft and body
