Blizzard Beach or Typhoon lagoon with small kids?

I have a 7 year old and 4 year old twins. None can swim without swim aids (water wings), but they are definately not afraid of water and love to swim. Which park would be has alot for them to do?

I would chose TL. We went last summer with children 9,8,7,5 and 18 months. Although the older boys went to slides for a while we spent almost the entire day camped out at the kiddie area. Lots for them to do.
