Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon?? HELP!!

This summer we're going to WDW for our sixth time and haven't been to either TL or BB. We're only doing disney parks (no universal or seaworld) and wanted to include a water park. we've never been to either one and have to pick between them due to time limitations. they'res 8 of us going; 3 adults, a 15 yo, an 11 yo, a 9 yo, a 7 yo and a 5 yo. We all ofcoarse love the water but can't decide which one to pick. With the ages I specified could anyone help us choose????

It's hard to pick between the two. I love the theming of Typhoon Lagoon, but I think Blizzard Beach has better attractions. When my kids were 9 and 12, we did both parks and they preferred BB. When we went back two years later and could only do one, they chose BB. TL has a nice wave pool and the shark encounter, but BB has better slides. Tough choice!

The problem with these kinds of questions is that they're so subjective. It just really depends...........

My kids (and both DH & I) both preferred TL. If your kids would like to try snorkeling, this is the perfect place for them to do it. We also liked the wave pool a lot and spent some time there relaxing with our feet in the water. My kids are 13 and 15, but when we went there last time they were 10 and 12. We are going again this August and they both said the prefer TL. Either way, you'll have a blast.
