We went in 2004 during the last week in January. I think the weather was in the 70s, but the water is heated so it was fine. We were cool when we were wet and waiting in line, but it wasn't too crowded so we didn't have to wait too long. The weather is hard to count on that time of year, but there are some nice days.

There is no way of knowing how cold it will be in February. You could have warm days (80s) with cool mornings, or you could have mornings near freezing with afternoons in the low 50s.

Bring a swimsuit. If you want to go to BB and you have a warm day, grab the chance while it is there!

The water in both parks is heated to about 80 degrees year round. the weather is very unpredictable and the above posters are right, it could be in the 80's or the 50's depending on the day.

We went several times in January 2006. The weather was nice, but there's no way of knowing what it will be. I've been a lot during the winter months. The weather can run the gamut of being beautiful and warm to raw and bitter. The kids and I went down the first week of March one year. It was in the high 60's, but BB was open. Besides us, there were MAYBE four other customers there. It was fine when we were in the water, but once out - BRRRR! The kids still loved it.
