I haven't been to Blizzard Beach and doing my planning -

Can someone tell me what rides a father and DS7 can ride together - share the experience?

There is a family raft ride and one of the tub slides has double tubes. In addition there is the lazy river where each can get a tube and hold onto each other and float around plus there is a wave pool. all other slides are single but you can spend time with him in line and talk about the experience afterward. Also there is a race slide where you can go side by side. Some slides have a height restriction, I think it was 48 inches but not sure as it did not effect us.

My Dh and DS7 were able to ride all slides except the 2 largest ones together. DS5 was a little shorter so he was a bit more limited. They had a great time.

Assuming he's tall enough (48") and brave enough, you've GOTTA do Summit Plummet. My DS6 (at the time) was just tall enough, and he loved it. The "official" speed estimate is in the 55mph range, but the CM at the top said it was closer to 65mph!! There's also a good slide right below it (Slush Gusher) which is really good. There are one or two rides (to the left as you face Summit Plummet) where you "race" each other.

We got there at the opening and got decent seats in the Ski Patrol Training area. He's a good age for that area and will enjoy playing while you take a break from the main slides.

Get there at the opening, cuz it's gonna get crowded and you'll spend all your time waiting. And if you'll have a car, I recommend driving to the park. We rode the bus and lost valuable time. When we got there the lot was nearly empty, so we could've parked close to the gate. Instead, we had to walk all the way down to our stop and wait for the durn bus, which cost us another 15 minutes.

After two trips to WDW, we all agree BB is our favorite park.
