Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon

Can anyone compare/contrast BB and TL, or direct me to the right thread?

Let me be the first to say welcome.

There have been many threads comparing the two water parks. I'd do a search and you shouldn't have any problem finding a number of threads.

Personally we don't think you can go wrong at either park, but we prefer BB. With younger children the wave pool at TL can bounce you around pretty good, even if you stay in the more shallow areas. BB's family raft ride is definitely a ton better, and there are quite of few age appropriate areas for the younger ones.

I just had to say welcome!

We haven't done either yet, but plan to do both on our trip in a few weeks. Depending on when you're going, I'll be doing a trip report on both. Watch for it in early Sept.

I did a search (should have thought of that!!) and found a lot if information.

We'll be there 9/23-10/3, so I'm hoping to have time to go to both...we'll see!
