And thankyou to whoever posted about this stuff! It works wicked good! I put a little of the powder in my sock this morning.
and I can not believe how dry and comfortable my feet are!!! My socks were completely dry!!! (not the norm at the end of a 90 degree day). I'm so glad I ordered this stuff!!!!

c'mon June 28th!!!!

BlisterShield roll-on and powder is AWESOME!!!

I think I'm going to get some of this powder just in case!

Airhead, you're 3 weeks away! Woo hoo!:jumping1:

Glad you liked it. Since I didn't have any experience with the other products I couldn't say too much about it, but this was the first trip (out of 14) where I didn't have to walk like I was riding horses all my life.:)

Aisling---I got it the next day! I like the roll-on for body chafing, but the powder is great for your feet that have been trapped in your hot sneakers all day!

Ed----best tip I've got so far!!!!

I have a dumb question. As the mother and wife here to a bunch of guys that tend to "chafe" I need to know if the roll on stuff is wet and slimey or if it dries. This info will determine if one of my people will agree to try it. Thanks for a speedy reply! (in advance)
I'm going to call around to local sports shops this am to see if anyone carries it when the stores open up.

and its not dry,but its not gross. Believe me,I was worried about it being sticky and greasy. Its not at all!! The website will help you find a store near you or you can order from their site.

Great to hear! Thanks for sharing!

I still might buy the powder...so far I only have the roll on. I haven't decided yet because I use sandals at WDW and I don't think I can use the powder with sandals. I think I'll use the Blistershield roll on more for the chafing due to the fact that it's pretty liquidy and greasy.

IMHO, the Blistershield roll on (round) is a bit more liquidy and greasy than the Bodyglide roll on stick so I'll use the Blistershield on other body parts and use Bodyglide on my feet. FWIW.

Oh Jeez! I didn't know their were two different families of this type of product! Which do you all think works the best,
Blistershield or Bodyglide!

People here have been talking about the Bodyglide for awhile. Then someone in another thread mentioned Blistershield and that it works too. I think they are both good products. Just a little different.

I have both (but not the Blistershield powder). I think they both work but the Bodyglide is dryer. It's like a roll on stick. The Blistershield is more liquidy and is a round roll on. They both work for blisters and chafing. I don't think I'd use Blistershield on my feet as it is slippery. I would use it for between my legs though. I'll use Bodyglide for my feet.

I've heard VERY good things about the Blistershield foot powder too for when you wear socks and shoes. I just didn't buy it because I mostly wear sandals at WDW. I may buy it in the future though for when I do wear sneakers.

Hope this helps.

Would any of these products work with flip-flops? I personally cannot wear them for long - especially at Disney. But my 18 yo swears by them and her only concern was the part between her toes.

Sounds like this could possibly work - as a "preventive measure"?

Can any one tell me or give me the website where I can buy the bodyglide? I saw the thread for blistershield and checked it out. To be honest I would not of thought of that kind of stuff.

I am so glad that I found out about DIS board. I have learned so much great information.
