Blink Taketh Away

I emailed Blink about my point discrepancy since it showed that I had cashed out but when I do the points those points show that I haven't. CRAZY!!!. Of course I haven't heard back. My mom's 54000 were taken away too.

this sucks. the only one who has come through for me is mypoints. I'm still waiting for blink and milesource to send rewards. doesn't look promising, since we're leaving next week.

Well my email was answered but not in the way I hoped. Blink reinstated my points to my account so I didn't get to cash out, but the 54,000 was taken away. I can't believe they didn't give anyone an explanation about why this has happened.
