Blink - Cash Redemption?

I was wondering if anyone has ever redeemed their blink points for cash through paypal, money zap, etc? Are there any drawbacks to redeeming for cash? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I just completed this payout this week. I cashed out at blink for paypal. It took 6 weeks to get the money into my paypal account. On Saturday I completed a withdrawal from Paypal to my chequing account. I set up a new account at my bank to do this. I did not want to give out my regular chequing account over the internet. The money was in my bank account on Tuesday.

The only drawback for me, is that Paypal converts the money to Canadian funds if your from Canada. They would not allow me to have the funds transferred into my US fund savings account. But, I'll take the money just the same.

I was looking to find someway of using the paypal account to pay for something for my upcoming holiday, but could not find anything.

Would I cash out again using Paypal? Sure.
