Blink Cash Out

I just had a problem trying to cash out at Blink, and I thought before I tried contacting them I'd check with the experts over here --

I just tried to cash out for a $20 WC at Blink and when I clicked on the "Redeem Now" square next to the listing for the WC, nothing happened. Does it register automatically? Did I do something wrong?

I went back a little while ago and it worked.
