Hoping that things are looking a little brighter today with all the wonderful WISHERS hugs, thoughts and "you can do it". I join with them, too.....take it one minute at a time until you can make it 1 hour, then soon it will be 1 day, 1 week, etc.. It can happen with WISH support!
I was glad to see the flylady reference - I was going to mention her.
And for me, a life of constant lose 5 lbs. gain 6, etc. I am now trying WW, too. My best friend's, DD1 and DD2 have each lost 25 lbs since the first of the year counting points. Their advise to me, was to plan the night before what you are going to eat for breakfast and lunch the next day and then do it. That way there is nothing to think about you already know what you are doing. I tried and by the 3rd day I was in the groove. Sounds like you are at home during the day, can you get some 0-1 point items ready and on-hand for the times that you are eating? Just a thought. I am a (on my own) WW so I am not the best one to offer advice, but wanted to share what worked for me to at least lose the first 5 lbs.
