Blenders

Anyone ever noticed blenders in the rooms or mini blenders? Most days we have smoothies for breakfast with yogurt and frozen fruit. Our magic bullet is kind of heavy so it wold be a pain to try and bring with us. I looked in the DVC book and didn't see it but I thought I'd post here anyways.

There usually isn't a blender in the room, but if you call housekeeping they will bring you one.

PS - You can use a blender to make a healthy breakfast drink? Who knew! I just thought they made drinks ending in "ita" and "ari".

I am curious to know the quality of these blenders. I too will often drink a smoothie for breakfast (they keep you very full for awhile which is great for a long day at the parks!)... but it's no good when you have a bad blender and it doesn't mix well.

If you are staying at OKW, the blenders are already in the rooms, but at other resorts you can request them. They aren't great quality, but they do the job. Just check to make sure the previous guest or housekeeper put the gasket on correctly, or you will have leaking out the bottom! Experience is a good teacher!

Thanks! We will definitely be requesting one! We are currently slated to stay at SSR but hoping for BCV or BWV!

Great to know I can keep having my smoothies!
