Bleacher Creatures Frog Thor plush

For Christmas last year I got a unusual Marvel plushie that I love to know more info about. It is a frog version of Thor and he is part of the series of Marvel Bleacher Creatures and I would like to know if he's a rare Marvel plush? There is also a alligator Loki plush in the set as well. Was Frog Thor released in honor of Loki on Disney+ along with Alligator Loki as well? I didn't even know that a Frog Thor plushie existed until I got him for Christmas last year and he is really cute and very huggable as well
