Blaze Pizza - we have quite a few of these by where we live - and they are in many states. So, this one is eliminated for me first.
BB Wolfs - I'll eliminate that one because there is really no seating. Even if you can find a table nearby, your only option is outdoor seating.
D-Luxe Burger is the only one of the 3 I have tried (Blaze Pizza I have tried locally and while it can be good and very customizable, I'll still choose my local NY pizzerias). I thought their burgers were very good, as were the fries. The fountain drinks are also refillable - a big plus for me especially when it is hot and I am planning on walking around. The portions are very large in my opinion and easily shareable. The line extended outside when I was there, but we were still able to get a table inside. The restaurant extends much further back than it initially appears. Also, there is a lot of covered outdoor seating.
I think I would suggest perhaps trying to do a combination. Perhaps sharing the 3 little pigs or something else at BB Wolfs with a nice cold Goose Island beer as an appetizer. Then the rest of the meal at D-Luxe Burger.
