Blaster Worm has been detected on my computer..

My Norton Antivirus says it cannot repair

What do I do? The last time we had a virus I sent the tower away and $300, and a week later it was fixed.

We jsut had the worm virus too. Don't know how dh fixed it but I wish you luck! Nothing more aggravating than a computer virus!

I've tried everything, finally I went to Best Buy with the tower and they removed 2 virus's.

I have another problem, my Norton Antivirus says it's expired but I paid by credit card on Monday to renew it and when I called Symetec they said it was on, but I can't download the patch because it says my Antivirus has expired. I really can't stand this, I wish these computers would run smoothly. I'm always sinking $$ into them. Any suggestions?

that happened to me with Norton's awhile back call them and they will tell you what to do. On my computer somehow my version number had changed and was throwing everthing off.

I got the worm too.... but I didn't know what it was, just that my computer kept rebooting... thought maybe the 2 year old did something to my computer.. I ended up doing a system restore and it went away.. YEAH!

THEN I heard about what it was the next day... at least I know!
