Does anyone have any idea how long these last before they need to be replaced. It is so much cheaper to buy them from the US and I could get them sent over with something else I have bought. But I have spent sooooo much, and would like to not have to spend anymore just for the moment.

I've only replaced my blade once in the 15+ months since I got it, and I use a lot of heavy cardstock.

I don't replace mine until I notice the paper is ripping.

I have one blade I only use for cardstock though because it seems to dull them quickly.

Having said that, I keep several on hand out of habit. They're so tiny I would imagine someone could tape them into a card they're sending you (have someone here in the US buy them instead of ordering them yourself) since they have little rubber protective caps over the sharp part. A nice thick cardstock card should protect them nicely.

Good luck!

It depends on the paper you are using. Cardstock will dull the blade faster. If you would like, send me a PM with your addy and when they are on sale I'll buy a few packages and mail them off.

I think I've only changed mine once, too, and I've had it almost a year. :)
