blackout ticket for ap holder

Hi we are newly annual pass holders and headed for our second trip in May. We are planning on going to DL on a blackout day-Sat. My question is how are the blackout day tickets and can we get them in advance sin Sat. will be a busy day?

Blackout tickets are $30 and the last time I bought one I bought it the night before I used it one day and the morning of the next day. You have to get them at the ticket booths, can't get them like at the disney store. HTH

And you need both the blackout ticket and your AP for admission. But you use the blackout tickets for FP.
