Blackout dates for October?

Just returned from WDW, and noticed on the bounceback offer that October 13-20th was blacked out. The same week is blacked out on the Free dining offers floating around?

Is there anything special going on during that time?

A lot of school fall breaks are the middle of October. The convention rate is also high mid-October.

Our school break is the second week in October, we thought about going, but not willing to pay full price.

Hmmm, the free dining Pin codes had the 19th instead of the 20th.....so we'd planned on checking in on the 20th

Can you add a day or move it a day forward? I would if its doable

Yea, my husband only gets 5 days off at a time, sadly we have to check in on a Saturday and check out on a Sunday if we want to maximize our Disney trip. I love staying on site but it's getting harder every year to wait out these deals.....I'm getting too old for this LOL
