Blacked Out?

Are the florida resident seasonal passes currently blacked out? I thought I remember reading something about them lifting the blackout through the end of the year.

Right now the blockout dates are 12/22/06-1/05/07.

I think occasionally they lift a block out period. But I only recall reading about that more mid year time. And even then it is because of lower than anticipated crowds. I am not even sure they did it this year.
During the Christmas season -- probably not a chance that will happen.

They have lifted the blackout dates for about 3 weeks in 2004 and 2005 in the summer(of course,not giving APers an additional 3 weeks on their tickets). They didn't do it this year.
