Blackbeard's Cay Beach & Stingray Adventure

Has anyone done this excursion, Blackbeard's Cay Beach & Stingray Adventure ? I know there are 2 different ones offered, the other is offered along with the Blue Lagoon.
We are really interested in the Blackbeards Cay excursion.
It will be myself, Dh and DS's age 8 and 15.

I know the stingray portion of Blue Lagoon is still closed because of hurricane damage(last I heard), so I wonder if this excursion is still offered. I hope so, the DS's really want to go to this.

I did this before but through RCCL. Personally the snorkeling if that is what you are going for is not the best. They have the stingrays pen in an area to one side of the beach. Once folks started getting it the sand really got kicked up and it was very difficult to see. On the other hand if you are going for the beach, it was pretty. There is also a little gift shop there and then you can also buy mixed drinks on the beach as well.
