Black Truffle Salt

I tried black truffle salt and it made me very, very sick. So, be aware some people might react like I did.

I was planning on buying some when we were at WDW in December, but when I smelled it I almost threw up! It smelled so much like the truffle butter that a restaurant here in Bucharest serves! The restaurant is very good, but I wanted no part of anything that reminded me of Bucharest when we were there!

I do wish that I had bought some Florida Sunshine though... And not just the spice!

Black truffle butter is delicious, also. (Thank you, Ina Garten from The Food Network) for the suggestion.

I'm in this "cooking with parchment paper packets" phase at the moment, and if you're cooking something like a fish fillet and some julienned veggies, just a dab will do ya, and it changes the flavor profile entirely.

I imagine a hefty pat melting on top of a freshly grilled steak would be incredible, as well...
