Black screen of death!!!

I can't get into the game at all today, so far I have tried both the VMK site and VMK Pal with no luck! I just keep getting the dreaded black screen! I've even cleared my cache and cookies etc but its not working.

Anyone else facing problems today? Or any suggestions?

Ok this thread can be closed - I must be the only one facing this problem and after having exhausted myself trying (and failing) to get into the game I have decided to give up!!!
