Black Screen Anyone?

I've had it over and over for an hour now.

Yes, I have had it too. My daughter is able to get in - on the good computer - but I cannot.

I've tried all my tricks and nothing has worked... all I can do now is hope it's a server prob.

I can get into the globe, but can't go anywhere in VMK. Strange! Hmm...

If you mean the black screen that doesn't show the VMK blue loading status
bar, then yes, I have it.

I've had it all day long. Glad to see I am not alone, I was about to blame DH for messing with my computer again LOL (although he was nice enough to put my P4 processor back in....so he doesn't always mess it up)

I have received it quite a bit today and also disconnections at sign-in.

I did get on earlier today after a while and I just did get in now. It seems to help to close all my disney-related windows and try again. Sometimes I have to restart/reboot my computer and that seems to help too.

And sometimes it's out of my control.

I can get in with Internet Explorer, however, I lost connection about half-way through the Jungle Cruise game, gr. I was able to log in with Firefox, only to be given the disconnect notice as soon as it was finished updating. So frustrating

Has anyone had this experience: After VMK added the new frontierland and other great stuff, it takes me 30 minutes to get into VMK using Microsoft IE on my new lap top. The desktop loads fast still and the laptop used to load fast. On the laptop I tried using firefox and found that VMK loads fast with it, but of course now i have to load all the rooms as i enter first time. Later tonight even firefox got stuck on the intial black screen. Any suggestions on how to fix IE to work correctly again?
