Black Kitchen Appliances

Love them or hate them???

Like them as opposed to white or off white, but would choose Stainless Steel any day of the week!!

We've had all black appliances for almost a year now and I will NEVER go back. I love my DH, but he is a DIRTY guy when he gets home from work. The black is holding up so much better to his dirty, greasy hands.

The only thing I've noticed is that any dust on top of the fridge shows up in sunlight A LOT better than it did on white. And we have a yellow Labrador...so with static in the house I have little Labby hairs stuck to everything. Thanks goodness for my Pledge Grabits!! But the wet puppy nose marks don't show up nearly as well as they did before..so that's my consolation!

I hate them. I live in the dusty southwest. As soon as I wipe the black, it is covered again with dust.

I love the look. DS and DIL just built a new house and have black appliances. Very sharp.

I love Stainless Steel.. the kitchen we are in is stainless steel /black. I hoping for a new stainless steel fridge someday, but it won't happen until our curren one dies!

My dishwasher is black, and I like it.

But now I'm really starting to prefer the ones like Rachel Ray has on 30 minute meals. Really pretty!

Well, we have a black and white stove and a black dishwasher that we like.

But I still have an avocado green sink and trash compactor.

Guess which appliances have been replaced since I bought the house?
