Black Hole Shocker

My experience with the black hole is just that, it's a black hole. I wrote to them today because they gave me the Best Guest prizes but I did not get the VIP pin.

Not an HOUR later I had a response, it was obviously automated it just said the items have been placed in my account (they have not yet) but the quick reply shocked me.

I wrote last night about the room contest and I have not had a response.

Why my problem was answered and some of you still have not heard about the ride contest is beyond me but there IS someone reading those things we send in.

Our team did get a reply from the black hole and it essentially said not to bother them about it (I'm paraphrasing here) Our leader got the actual letter but to my recollection from his reading it to me and my memory it said Yada yada yada, sorry. Watch the news letter for information about the contest. At the time the newsletter said if we had not heard by the 28th of July to use contact to find out what's up. - It no longer says that. Just to share just how consistant a response we all get. If we don't hear from them, and can't track down the answer. It is our intension to put it together and leave the pool unattended (as is technically an option)- If they flag us they flag us... If they don't I hate to think, but I'm sure I can't say our thoughts here or VMK.
