Does anyone know if any of our Canadian stores will be offering specials? I know that the Disney Store opened up early last year and had specials.

I was in there last Thursday and they told us at check out to make sure we come by this Friday for a huge sale - no more details though.

I just opened my sons paper route bundle and see that Canadian Tire is having a special 3 day sale starting this Friday at 7:00am. Flyers are going out today. Some good deals (eg. 1500.00 treadmill for 500.00. Sat only)

The Disney Stores here will be openng at 6 in the morning and are suppose to be offering great discounts on Friday to compete with American sales. I still haven't convinced myself to get up at 5:30 to be able to shop at 6 for just 1 store.

Thanks. My DIL's went to Limeridge on Sat to look for some clothes for our upcoming trip. The worker they were talking to told them they haven't carried adult clothes for 2 years now . So I told MIL I would take her Friday if they were having sales.

Michaels Craft Store is having a pretty good sale. They have a coupon for 9am-12:00noon for 20% off of entire purchase INCLUDING sales items (they never do that). Then from 12:00noon-9:00pm there is another coupon for 50% off of one item.

See this is why I need to read things carefully! I thought it was only off full priced stuff, and since i have like a stack of similair coupons I wasn't going to go. Now I am going to have to try to make it there before noon!

Fabricland is having a 50% off sale, Gymboree is having a sale, gap might be doing something, not sure what else. I am hoping TCP does something, so I will be there bright an early!

I got the email about some huge sale at Gymboree on Friday as well but I am not sure if it applys to Canadian stores or just American. Does anyone know if it would apply here as well?

Yupp, gymbo sales in the canada store as well! Same price points on the jackets (20$) and fleece ($12 when you buy two), and the additional 30% off (before noon, i think?). Don't forget to bring your 20% off coupon too, if you have one! And use your gymbo visa for an additional discount! Seems like most stores are taking holds on Thursday for the friday sale, but no holds can be done on the jackets. Some stores are opening early, so you might want to call your store and find out about holds and hours.

Gap might be doing sweater BOGO... we'll see if it happens in Canada, my SM was being secretive
