You need a buggy b&$ch. My brother in law is a great BB. When you get to a store, the BB fights for a buggy and then immediately gets in line, with a balloon. Then we shop and being items back to the BB, who is easy to find in line thanks to the balloon! It's a wonderful system!
I've skimmed but haven't read everything so sorry for repeats but it's easier to go if you know what you want. I've gone before without any idea and I left with nothing. A lot if places seem to not have as many deals as you think so it's hard to get swept up in the day when you aren't actually saving anything lol. Another thing is too is plan to spend a lot. One time I went for something specific (it was gone) and left with to much junk lol. I spent way too much but because they were all good deals I kept at it. Haha. The worst time was at toys r us. Dang do they have a lot of little good deals that add up quick!! But im sure you're not going for toys haha. The most fun I ever had was at a walmart in Asheville NC a few years back. I was visiting family and we went just to go. We spent the whole morning drinking coffee and laughing at all the ridiculous people fighting over junk. Best thing was an old lady who hit this man with her purse to get the last item on a skid in the middle of the store (he was there first) still cracks me up.
If you're going for the experience I say go right when they open up (kinda hard now with everyone opening on thanksgiving) or go later on for less crowds but still some not to bad deals. I use both those strategies on different years. I'm the type though that would never wait in a cold line for anything! Haha
Yea! Hope you got your air too. We decided to go to Target too.. The line was all the way around the building to get in! Shaybells you are right. I was grabbing stuff at Target I totally didn't need just because they were good deals and I was caught up in the craziness!

Actually, the line at Target was so slow and I waited so long. I got two! DS will have a very merry Christmas!
Here is what I got:
(2) $299 Ipad Mini +100 Walmart GC
(2) $599 Ipad Air 32G + 100 Target GC
(3) $29 Furby Boom
(4) $10 Disney Princess Dress or Accessory Pack
(2) $4.88 pillows
(1) $4.99 Waffle Maker
(1) $9.99 Mixer
(1) $9.99 Griddle
(1) $10 Wii Just Dance 3
Couple other small toys, frames, books. I am too tiered to list the price.
People are mostly very nice, helping each other.
Although there was this one guy at Target who tried to pretend as a store staff and tell us the 32G Ipad Air did not come with the $100 GC. Nobody bought his story anyway!
I have to say Walmart's sale is better organized than Target's. Much more efficient. Target should invite couple black belts from Walmart to help them improve the process.
Overall, I had a lot fun tonight. I am no longer a black Friday virgin!
