Black Friday Sales maybe starting Tomorrow!

Hi ALL!
A friend of mine who owns a local variety store just gave me aheads-up on a camcorder promo by Circuit City and Best Buy starting Sunday 11/23.
Quasar and Samsung VHS-c for $99.
I remember last year the Black Friday sales seem to start a few days before Thanksgiving, the only hitch is that we had to buy the local newspaper everyday until Turkey Day and clip coupons at 5:30 am. while riding to the Dept. Store.
I don't now if this is local Nashua, NH or National event.

Yes, I have noticed that the stores were jammed packed this weekend.. I went into Circuit City and Best Buy, and some things are the exact same from the Black Friday pre posted ads...

Things like the $179 XBox Bundle.. exact same at Circuit City

XBox Games on Sale, exact same as Best Buy BF ad


So far, I haven t been impressed with the BF sales, if they are the same as the good sales this week (looking closer to that fact), I may not even make it out this BF! --which would be the first time in 10 years I wouldn't !

We got the ads today, but most are only good around here until Wed or Thanksgiving. Then the new ads will come out on Thursday. The only ad in our paper that has sale dates past Thanksgiving (including BF) is Target. I'm holding out for Walmart. The circuit city Camcorder includes a $100.00 mail in rebate. I'm think Walmart may have something comparable w/o the rebate. (flat out $99.00) They did last year anyhow. Sears also has a really good sale through Wednesday. DVD player $29.99 w/ additional $5.00 coupon in ad!! Makes it $24.99!!!!
Many store start their sales early when thanksgiving is late.!!!
