When will we start seeing the Black Friday ads appearing?

I would guess the minor stores might start leaking in a few weeks. Major outlets probably not until into November.
For example Wal Mart did not release the 2014 ad until November 11, Target November 10.

I know, I am looking too. We will be in Disney this year, so I need to know the good deals before we leave to see if it's worth being online from the resort.

My experience is that the best deals will actually be in the next few weeks. Slickdeals and similar sites should have some good stuff start popping up. Last year the Black Friday deals were not as good as the deals I got leading up to it.

Well, the Dell ad is out. Wish some others were.

I got the best deals around Halloween last year. Black friday was a dud. The ads that are or are Harbor Freight Tools, Dell Home and Half Priced books.

i use that website. Its got a list also on what is good this year... voted by users. Nothing good this year yet. I think the black friday trend is going down because 1) people are starting to dislike companies who open that day and 2) companies now make products specifically for black fridays which means lowered qualities imo.

keep my eye out still though.
