My Favorite Dinner that I get when I go to disney isn't even on property but right down the road from Downtown Disney.

After going out the gate by Downtown Disney, I make a left on Appoppa-Vineland Road (spelling?) for about 1 minute and Black Angus is on the right. Even if you don't have a car, it's not that far a walk from Downtown.

The food is cheaper than on property and quality is SOOOO much better.

I love blank angus! We usually go when we get coupons in the paper.
2 steak dinners with side of veggies, side salad and instead of a side baked potato we get potato soup -yummy. Plus the dinner for 2 comes with an appeitizer:potato skins, celery, mozzalla sticks & buffalo wings. And a dessert for 2 to share. I think it all for 35.00

I think it's so much better than the on property resturants. When I compare the shrimp cocktail that I get at Black Angus to the sad little "shrimp in tomato sauce" I got at Le Cellier last year there is just no contest. Black Angus wins hands down.

I know it doens't have the Disney theming, but sometimes it just nice to get a great steak for dinner.

We like this restaurant, too! The food is usually great and the prices are very reasonable. The ambience isn't as nice as some of the WDW signature restaurants, but it's still a place we eat at when we aren't on the DDP and venture off-site for dinner.

"Steward Andersons" Black Angus is a nationwide chain. They're always decent food but certainly nothing great. Their steaks are average, decent for the money. I felt the steaks I've had at Le Celliar were much better.

In general food is better off site than on and better prices. Thats pretty typical of any major resort area. While decent I rank Black Angus on par with Olive Garden, Red Lobster etc. at that level of a restaurant chain.

I don't think the "Black Angus by Stewart Anderson" is the same company as the Black Angus in Lake Buena Vista just as the Outback at the hotel across from downtown Disney is not affiliated with the national chain of the same name. The Stewart Anderson chain is western states only chain. But the food is still good and fairly priced.

Hi, George! You are correct. Black Angus Orlando consists of two establishments: the restaurant on SR 535 and the other on Irlo Bronson, across from Disney in the Econolodge Hawaiian Maingate.

We'd like to thank everyone for both the kind words.. and the critiques. Our customer's reviews and opinions matter to us. We love hearing the "good stuff" but if there's an area we can improve in.. we want to hear about that, too.

Please be advised that your commendations and/or criticisms have been duly noted, and we're paying attention to what you have to say. Black Angus Orlando is committed to providing great food and outstanding service to our customers. Your reviews help us to know the areas where we need to try harder. Thank you.

Regards,
Black Angus Orlando
