Hey everyone - Another day's challenge. Sorry I meant to create this last night but forgot to.

I'm committing to another 30-60 minutes today. I'm feeling the soreness from the last two days, but it feels good :)
 
I'm with you! I did get 60 minutes in last night and I am with you for 30-60 today.

Thank you so much for posting this daily thread, it has really helped to keep me on track. I am sore from keeping my word, wow it feels good to meet these daily goals.
 
Thank's for posting this! I did exactly what I said I would in my WISH Journal-100 calories burned on the Wii Fit Plus (30 min. exactly) plus the entire 30-Day Shred! That is such a workout. I feel you on the pain.
 
Hi Melanie! Thanks for creating this thread. I didn't post yesterday but your thread inspired me to get up and complete my first week of the C25K as I had planned. It was 24° here yesterday but you (and everyone posting on the thread) inspired me to get up and away from the computer and get out there and just do it!

Today the plan is to do at least 30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus. Good luck eveyone on reaching your goals and thank you so much for giving me the extra nudge I needed yesterday!
 

I committed to 45 yesterday, but actually did 64! :cool1: I'm committing to another 45 today. Don't feel like doing ANY, but since I've committed here to doing it, do it I will!
 
its about 18 degrees and blowing snow but I just went for a walk since I committed to today. It wasn't too bad once I warmed up and I feel much better than just sitting on the couch. One day and one step at a time:yay:
 
I decided today was going to be a rest day since I've put in over 3 hours and burned almost 2000 calories in the past 2 days.

I also decided that I am going to log a little bit on the Wii Fit Plus on my rest days since it doesn't make me tired or sore or raise my heart rate much. I ended up accidentally playing on the wii fit for 93 minutes straight. Ooops. I burned 453 calories and I consider that a nice accomplishment for a rest day.

Back to getting up at 4 tomorrow morning and I'll be doing one of my BL dvds. Probably going to hit the last chance workout for an hour. That one burns some massive calories!
 
I'm commiting to do 40 minutes today on Wii Fit Plus. I've done 38 on Friday, and 34 on Saturday, so I need to step it up a notch and make sure that my time on it increases and not decreases.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill today. Wanted to do more but this was the first time on the treadmill in a long time.

Will try to add 15 more minutes tomorrow.

Done - I was so sore I didn't want to do it, but I mustered the strength and because of this thread I did it. If this thread wasn't here........and I wasn't feeling accountable I wouldn't have done it. But yeah - I did!

60 minutes - WATP Express!
 
A little sore since it's the third or fourth day in a row for me, but I did a 54 minute FIRM DVD for the first time and survived!:cool1:

The real test starts tomorrow when work starts up again...I am nervous about fitting it all in!
 
I got 50 minutes in today on the Wii Fit Plus. I did 40 minutes free step and 10 minutes boxing.

Way To Go everyone!
 
Did a nice 35 minute "wog" yesterday (1/3) then got busy Grinching the house and didn't get on the computer!
