I commit to 30-60 minutes tomorrow :yay:
 
I commit to 30 for tomorrow. My plan is to get up early enough to work out for 15 minutes before my son wakes up and get in another 15 after he goes to bed. I hope to get 45 in, but 30 is a must.
 

I commit to 40 min. of exercise today and I really don't feel like it.
 
I commit to at least 30 minutes this evening. I would like to get to 45 however this caffeine withdrawal headache is killing me today.

Yeah I dont' feel like it either, lol. I do want to get it in earlier tonight. Gotta be ready to watch BL tonight!
 
I'm planning on 30 min. on the Wii Fit and the 30-Day Shred probably in the opposite order than written.
 
Well, the cold snap is doing a number on my exercise plans. I can't even think about going to swim laps in an OUTDOOR pool when it's 28 degrees. I can do 40-but that's about my limit.

Tonight is going to be the weights and some cardio during commercial breaks.
 
I did my other 20 on the Wii Fit tonight--just because I felt obligated since I said I would this morning. So, THANKS!! :)
 
Change of plans-went to the gym and got in a good workout on the treadmill about 28 minutes between the 2 workouts.
 
HAve completed 2 miles and weight training...going to try to get my last two miles in tonight...benadryl has me loopy so waiting for effects to wear off!

Let's burn those chubby little fat cells! :)

I'm going to start tomorrow's thread. I was dressed and ready to work out and our family got to talking about our trip this summer and well the talk lasted way to long and now it's almost 11pm. Half of us want Disney and the other half want South Dakota (I was ok with South Dakota when it was less expensive, but now that the Military rate has been extended it's the same rate now for the hotel).
 
Did a 45 min FIRM DVD! I commit to do something tomorrow too:-) I'm at 5 days in a row now:cool1:
 
I got 60 minutes in today! :cool1: 15 minutes this morning on WFP and 45 minutes this evening after my baby went to sleep.

I love these threads. I had a glass of wine with dinner and soooo did not feel like working out, but this thread and my beloved boxing got me up off my butt.
 
I'm committing to 5 days a week of a 30 minute walk/run program (I've done 2 days already :cool1:) and 5 days of Wii Fit at 30 minutes/each.
 
Okay, so my commited 40 min. turned into 1hr 20min. Couldn't find all the stupid flags on the island biking. Oh well, better than last night. I could only find 21 out of 22. Tonight I perseveared and found all 22!! YAY! :yay:
 
I guess I forgot to post here. I did Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout for a total of 60 minutes yesterday.
