Hello Black Team!
I wanted to stop by and say HELLO to my new teammates! I have pm'd my starting weight to Dona and I looking forward to a good losing week. I see the Black Team won the week's challenge! Congrats! I hope I can help continue that trend!

I've been exercising faithfully, but my food choices have been lousy this weekend. Hopefully, I'll at least be able to maintain. I feel so much better than I did before this challenge began, but my body is notorious for holding on to weigh the week following a loss of more than 2 pounds.

I'm hoping for another loss this week. I know I was around 1.5 or 2 pounds as of yesterday, but after the weekend, I'm not gonna be sure until the weigh in tomorrow. I'm getting in my water and exercise, and even with a super-big party at my house over the weekend, I didn't do too bad on food--calorie wise anyway. We will see tomorrow morning!

Hi Team,

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm sorry I haven't benn checking in. I decided to take my girls to WDW this weekend. They had today (monday) off from school and my dh is out of town, so off we went. Woo Hoo!!! No Mickey Bars for me, and, of course, quite a bit of walking; so I feel certain I will have a loss for tomorrow. I don't know how much it will be though.

I hope everyone gets a good night's sleep. I sometimes forget just how important rest is in this whole process, too.
