Was up at 4 amd did 46 minutes of the biggest loser 30 day jump start. I plan on doing the 10 minute upper body portion this afternoon. Aldo going to use wii fit to free step during biggest loser tonight.
Committing to 30-60 minutes today. Did not get up in time to work out this morning, but did park a little further and took a detour to work, so I managed to walk for an extra 10 minutes.
Will do the free step tonight while watching BL and try to get some boxing in after my baby goes to bed.
