BL Thursday 1/7/09 Exercise Challenge Commitment Thread

I challenge myself to do another 10000. I also have yoga Thursday night.
 
My goal for tomorrow is 30 min. on the Wii Fit (about 100 calories burned) and to do the 30-Day Shred.
 
I'm committing myself to 60 minutes again! I want to make it 3 days in a row :goodvibes
 

I am committing myself to ANYTHING! I haven't been able to get out yet, so if I do I will be happy.
 
I did 60 minutes on the treadmill. 10 min warm up walk, 40 minute run, 10 minute cool down walk.

I'm sure since it's another snow day I'll pull out the wii fit soon since I haven't showered yet.
 
I walked 45 minutes so far today.

My question to people is about the treadmill: How do you do it without getting bored? I was on for 15 minutes last night watching TV and was so bored. I don't know what to do to make it better? I have been walking at work everyday so I get my time in but I would like to add some on the treadmill in the evening.

Any suggestions?

mic&min, I don't do treadmill, but I do stepping, and I just do it in front of the TV and as long as I find something good to watch I don't get bored. :goodvibes
 
I walk until I find something I know I can watch for at least 30 mins before I run. It works for me.
 
I just got my 10000 steps in. Now off to yoga
 
Got in 100 calories burned on the Wii Fit. Tried to do the 30-Shred, but with TOM and jumping jacks, I gave up. Sad, I know. Will try again tomorrow.
 
Did 60 minutes on the wii fit this afternoon. Burned 289 calories. Going to put my girls to bed and get in another 30 minutes or so.

Since I was the last to post I figured I'd just edit to put I got 40 more minutes in. Only burned 129 calories though. I did a lot of yoga and boy is that relaxing! Ready for bed now.
 
Thank Donac for starting the thread yesterday! I did 45 minutes yoga at lunch!
