My question to people is about the treadmill: How do you do it without getting bored? I was on for 15 minutes last night watching TV and was so bored. I don't know what to do to make it better? I have been walking at work everyday so I get my time in but I would like to add some on the treadmill in the evening.
Did 60 minutes on the wii fit this afternoon. Burned 289 calories. Going to put my girls to bed and get in another 30 minutes or so.
Since I was the last to post I figured I'd just edit to put I got 40 more minutes in. Only burned 129 calories though. I did a lot of yoga and boy is that relaxing! Ready for bed now.
