Good morning everyone.
I haven't been on much this week, my computer is running real slow, and it's been one of those weeks. I thought I'd have time to catch up and answer the qotd now, but it took me longer to read what I've missed. Those are some great qotds, and I'm going to come back and post later. The sparkpeople quiz sounds great. I will do that also. When I read that post, it made me cry, because have been in the action phase before, and done so well, and I've just been going backwards, and lately have been so exhausted and emotional, and not able to get motivated to do much of anything. I'm not going to give up, and will keep trying, and I know one day, I will get back on the program. I've gained the past 6 weeks at ww, but I still keep going.
So many of you are doing so awesome, and are so inspiring, and it is great to come and read about your successes. The support here is wonderful. Congratulations to all the biggest losers this week.
If my computer lets me, I'll be back tonight to answer the qotds, and hopefully to be inspired to get up and move a little.
Have a great day.

Mikamah! You need to be proud of what you have done! It takes strength to keep checking in when life has gone hectic. Last week you had a maintain, which is better than at 6 of us including me. You know what worked for you in the past, and you will get back there. You gain inspiration for this thread, but you also provide inspiration!
Thanks for everyone's comments.
You have been there before and I know that you can do it again. Just that you are not willing to give up tells me that!
I am journaling my exercise now however, and I think that I can stay better on track with that since I don't want to have any blank spaces there

The weeks that I concentrate on my journaling are the weeks I have the best results. That being said, I am journaling every single day for the rest of this challenge and probably for the of my life!
I had been working for a maintain this week, but it wasn't to be.
I'm just 0.1lbs away from a new clippie and it will be so nice when I get there. Now hopefully I can stay focused and not have a gain next week. And I'm down a notch on my belt.
