Oh boy, with the holidays it is going to be hard for me to find extra time to exercise! I figured I better post my quiz answers now before I forgot. 
The quiz seems pretty accurate! I currently coach basketball and softball (those who "can't", coach
). Also, when I workout to a tape, I always use the tv that I can do a split screen so I can watch something while I doing my WATP tape!
