:lmao: It looks like Stephen Colbert! I love it!

I was there last November and had thought the same thing!!! A very masculine dancer with a blonde wig... started up by the train and then later in the trolley show!!!

You know, Disney is pretty unbiased with the people they hire. He may not have been a fill-in. During one of our visits the female CM that seated us at Chef Mickey's pretty much had a five o'clock shadow that indicated she had a full beard. I'm honestly not trying to offend anyone or make a joke out of this. I think it's great that the HR people at WDW can look past someones appearance and give them a job based on their skills, not their looks.

Times have changed, a friend I met at an Army school was a CM back in college. He always said that Disney thought he was so ugly that the only times he worked was after the guests had gone home.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao:

I remember a little while back on either here or another board there was a thread about a "masculine" Alice. The OP?? had pictures and was asking if we saw what they saw...which was an Adam's Apple. Another CM, I'm assuming, posted and was very upset, saying they knew the person who played ALice and SHE was a very nice person. My thought on this was...I'm sure there is more than one Alice...and yes..the character looked very masculine. I'm sure this happens in the case of an emergency...and I don;'t think Disney intends it to be this way...interesting though.

Well, that's what the world's coming to..... everything has to be so PC, they can't afford to discriminate against he/shes .... I suppose it's worth a laugh or two though, just don't know how you explain it to the little ones.

I seriously doubt any of the "little ones" would notice.
