Last nite I call CRO to check on my reservation for November (Thanksgiving week) and I get a great guy on the phone. He is doing funny voices, and just really working to help me. Originally he couldn't find my ressie 
**PANIC**. Finally, he found it. He kept asking me if I had seen any specials on the internet or anything to get a better rate. He said he couldn't look for them unless he was going to book a new reservation. He did say that my screen says I should get correspondence from Disney about special rates. (A post card maybe?)
Well unfortunately he couldn't find anything for my dates so we left my ressie as is, but the half hour on the phone was quite enjoyable.
This ever happen to anyone else?
